On October 11th. 2009, the computer server that holds the Frantix software suffered a catastrophic meltdown. The amount of time and money it would require to rebuild the system is beyond our means. So after 8 years and tens of thousands of ticket sales and event registrations, Frantix has decided to call it quits.
If you are looking for an online ticketing or registration service, i recommend the wonderful people at brown paper tickets for regular ticketing. For event registrations, check out reg-online. Their software is used by Leather Leadership Conference and other progressive organizations.
It has truly been a pleasure to serve you. i will miss being your online box office.
